Q2 Stroller Wagon Travel Bag

Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed Monday - Thursday are usually shipped out on the following business day. Orders placed on holidays or over weekends will be processed on the next business day. Normally, the shipped package will arrive within 7 days.

Signature Delivery Option: A Signature Delivery (+$6.35) option is available on the View Cart page. We recommend selecting this option for your order. This ensures your package will be received personally with a signature for added security. If you choose not to select this option, delivery confirmation will be based on the proof of delivery provided by FedEx. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a secure delivery process.

Refund and Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@familidooglobal.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What will be refunded, and when will I get my refund?

While we do provide free return shipping, your original Ground, Express and/or Overnight shipping charges will not be refunded.

As long as everything you return is in perfect condition, you'll get a full refund for your purchase.

Refunds will only be credited to the original form of payment.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 3-5 working days after approval. You will receive email notification of the refund when processed; however, it may take some time for this credit to appear on your credit card statement.
